You might be feeling stuck: disconnected from yourself, your relationships, or the kind of life you want to be living. Maybe you're navigating stress from high expectations or caregiving roles, or struggling to feel close to others even when you crave connection. You may carry pain from earlier experiences or feel like you've had to hide parts of yourself just to get by. Whatever brings you here, you're considering the brave and vulnerable work of change, and that is huge. I work with people who are ready to feel more grounded, more connected, and more like themselves. I bring a particular focus on working with LGBTQ+ and multiply marginalized clients navigating the emotional toll of invisibility, hypervisibility, or living in systems not built for them, but enjoy working with clients of all identities who may be feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. I am neurodiversity-affirming, use an attachment-based lens, and provide letters for gender-affirming medical services. You don’t have to go through this alone, and you don’t have to explain your existence before we can get to the heart of things. In addition to individual therapy, I offer CNM-inclusive relationship therapy. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy and an attachment-based lens to help partners feel safer, more seen, and more emotionally connected. We focus on shifting out of reactive cycles and into more secure, responsive ways of relating. I bring a warm, relational, trauma-informed approach that honors your wisdom and your goals. Together, we can explore what’s getting in the way, deepen your emotional insight, and create space for more authenticity, clarity, and intimacy in your life. When you feel safe and seen, amazing things can happen.
Rachel Costella, LMFT
I love supporting college students at every stage — first-year to returning adult learners — who are navigating a season full of change, uncertainty, and big questions. Maybe you're struggling to make friends or be yourself. Maybe friends aren't the issue, but your romantic life feels chaotic and it's something you'd like to develop. Perhaps relationships aren't it at all — school feels overwhelming and stressful, and you're not sure what you want to do. I work with students experiencing anxiety, depression, loneliness, relationship challenges, academic stress, and the emotional overwhelm that often comes with this stage of life. I want to help you understand yourself more clearly and experience yourself with confidence. Sometimes concrete skills can help with that, but mostly, I want to offer a space that feels safe to talk about whatever's showing up in your life right now. Together, we can figure out what you need.

I believe all people are capable of change and growth. Deciding to come to counseling can be scary, or feel strange at first, but we were created to be in relationship with others. I come alongside my clients to help them identify areas where change is needed and we work together to find solutions in a safe space. Safe, secure relationships are where growth happens.
Anchor & Grow Therapy, L.L.C.
Life can be tricky at times...and for those who are also navigating all of life while being a student, it's even trickier. I look forward to working with students who are interesting in learning healthy coping skills to effectively support juggling all life has to offer. I hope we can explore together ways in which to reduce some of your stress and anxiety and/or other issues you might be facing.
Olivia Haglund LPC, Embodied Spirit Counseling
I am here to remind you that you are already whole. My intention is to walk with you on your healing path and co-create a sacred space where we can tend to your body, mind, and spirit. My approach is heart-centered, non-pathologizing, and grounded in a liberation psychology lens. I value what evidence-based practices offer us, and hold reverence for the wisdom traditions, somatic knowing, and transpersonal experiences that live outside those frameworks. I also recognize that Western psychology is rooted in colonialism, and I am committed to an approach that honors lineages of healing that the dominant system has excluded. I offer a soft, collaborative sanctuary for identity reclamation and body liberation, and feel especially called to sit with those navigating anxiety, grief, and religious deconstruction. I weave in mindfulness, somatics, parts work, expressive arts, ecotherapy, and transpersonal exploration. I am certified in Somatic and Attachment Focused EMDR. Together, we will honor your unique nervous system, history, lineage, and context, and navigate your evolution at a pace that feels safe for all your parts. When you reach out, please let me know what about my practice resonates with what you are seeking, your insurance, and your availability.

I have advanced training in perinatal (pregnancy and postpartum) mental health and am honored to support you on the profound journey to parenthood. Together we will work to identify areas of your life that are not working and make shifts towards well-being. I work from a relational model and primarily use acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and elements of internal family systems (IFS). Conatus Counseling Center
On paper, everything looks good. Underneath though, you're feeling unsettled and struggling. The people I work with typically look like they are doing well in school and in life, but are struggling to manage their feelings and feel settled in their bodies and mind. I help those struggling with anxiety and depression who are not sure why they feel the way they do. I help people find beneficial coping skills instead of relying on possibly harmful ones. Being a student and navigating the landscape, both locally and globally can feel very overwhelming. I help people break things down into manageable pieces in order to restore a sense of agency and confidence. If you have any questions or need some support, feel free to message me. I return inquiries within 24 hours during the week and on Monday if sent over the weekend.

Therapy can be a place to better understand yourself, but it can also be a place to figure out what actually helps. My approach combines insight with practical strategies for making everyday life more manageable. I work with adults experiencing ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and difficulty managing the demands of everyday life. I have a particular interest in working with neurodivergent adults, including people who were diagnosed with ADHD or autism later in life or who are beginning to recognize these patterns in themselves. For ADHD and executive functioning difficulties, we identify the specific patterns that are creating problems in your life and develop strategies to address them. This might include difficulties with organization, task initiation, motivation, time management, emotional regulation, routines, transitions, or feeling chronically overwhelmed. Rather than simply telling you to try harder or be more disciplined, we look for practical ways to make things easier and build systems that work with the way your brain functions. For autistic and other neurodivergent clients, therapy can also provide space to better understand your needs, recognize patterns of masking and burnout, navigate relationships and communication, and find ways of moving through the world that require less constant effort. My approach draws from CBT, humanistic therapy, mindfulness, and practical problem-solving. Therapy is collaborative and individualized: we can explore where patterns come from when that is useful, while also focusing on what can make life work better now. The goal is not to change who you are, but to reduce unnecessary struggle, build useful skills, and help you create a life that fits you better.

I practice relational, justice-oriented teletherapy rooted firmly in the belief that each person is the expert of their own life. I strive to center transparency, humility, solidarity, and autonomy in my practice. I am trained as a generalist, but I am especially interested in and experienced with substance use, identity development and exploration, queer and trans health, relationship and family of origin concerns, trauma, perfectionism, and climate-related distress. I also specialize in working with young adults and completed my doctoral internship at University of Oregon's Counseling Services. I offer individual teletherapy and WPATH assessment/letter of support for gender-affirming surgery. I welcome you to connect with me if you feel we might be a good fit!

I love providing support to students navigating the challenges unique to the college years. I work well with both traditional and non-traditional students. I offer a warm and empathic connection, with plenty of care balanced with humor. I enjoy building a therapeutic connection and assisting my clients in their own growth and development.
Stuart E. Silberman, Psy.D., LLC
My practice is built around providing counseling with Neurofeedback to adults and adolescents. I believe therapy can be tremendously beneficial in many ways, but particularly in offering an opportunity to look at life experiences and difficulties within an environment that emphasizes a strong, appropriate, and trusting relationship between client and therapist. EEG Neurofeedback is guidance of brain function, resulting in a more efficient and self-regulated brain. We watch the brain in action from one instant to another, and we display that information back to the person. We reward the brain for altering its own activity to more suitable patterns. I am able to quickly build rapport with male clients who are uncomfortable in therapeutic situations and those who have difficulty expressing their emotions.
