It is typically a weekly meeting between you and your counselor that gives you the space to have an open dialogue about what you are facing, confront your feelings in a more honest way, or to decide how you want to approach solving a problem in your life. The length of counseling is unique for each individual, depending upon on your needs and goals. Essentially, the counseling process is driven by you. We have two therapists at our facility, Bushra Husain, DSW LCSW, Maryum Khwaja, LCSW.

Blue Arrow Counseling, LLC
Do you feel like you’re juggling everything — trying to be the strong one — while quietly running on empty? On the outside, it looks like you’ve got it together, but inside, you’re overwhelmed, exhausted, and wondering why it’s so hard to just feel okay. Maybe you say yes when you want to say no or carry old wounds that still affect your life. You’re ready for change — to feel more grounded, present, and connected. I specialize in helping self-aware women break free from perfectionism, people-pleasing, and the heavy emotional load they’ve been carrying for way too long. Together, we’ll get curious about what’s underneath the surface. I use EMDR and other trauma-informed approaches to help you process what’s been holding you back — whether it’s anxiety, past trauma, or patterns you’re just tired of repeating. Therapy with me is about creating a space where you can finally exhale, be fully seen, and start building a life that feels true to who you are. If any of this resonates, I’d love to talk. Reach out for a free 15-minute consult to see if we’re a good fit.

Your plate is more than full. You’re struggling with managing it all at once. Whether college, work, family, a declining family member or your own medical illness, things are hard. Life can feel overwhelming. You’re exhausted. You put other’s needs in front of your own. You keep pushing these feelings down and telling yourself “it’ll be okay” because you can’t take on JUST. ONE. MORE. THING. You may smile and say “I’m good thanks” when asked but know inside you’re not as good as you lead on. You deserve the time to slow down and be heard. It's hard to make the time for therapy, but your inner voice will thank you. You can come as you are without judgement. Cry, laugh, scream- do whatever you need to to let these feelings out so we can work on rebuilding you back up. It may not be easy, but you’ve already proven to yourself how strong you are by even considering asking for help. You are worth it. You deserve this. If any of this feels the least bit familiar, I encourage you to reach out to see if we would be a good fit for therapy together. As a working mom of two toddlers managing life’s craziness, I assure you that I will be authentic in every interaction we have because I get it. Life is hard, but I am here for you. I can’t wait to get started!

I work with anxious, overwhelmed women, including college students, young adults, millennials, and moms, who often feel stuck in their heads, emotionally drained, or unsure of themselves despite appearing capable and successful on the outside. Together, we'll work toward reducing overwhelm, quieting your inner critic, and helping you feel more grounded, balanced, and connected to what matters most. On the surface you're all calm and put together, but underneath you're questioning how your life is panning out. Sure, you've got great ambition and have come really far. Things may even be pretty good right now. But the memories of your difficult past and anxieties about the future never quite go away. Feeling not good enough, doubting your abilities, and feeling stuck have become an everyday experience that you'd rather do without. I use an attachment, nervous system, and trauma informed lens to help you understand how experiences have shaped you so far and find more space for kindness and courage within for growth and evolution. Imagine going about your day feeling compassionate towards yourself, confident in handling whatever life throws at you, and courageous in taking new actions towards your goals. I fully believe that living with more ease, self esteem, and satisfaction is available to you and will be the natural result of you paying more attention to your inner experiences. Certified in both IFS and EMDR, I help clients that experience anxiety, depression, trauma including PTSD and C-PTSD, and relationship issues find new ways of relating to themselves and others. I conveniently see clients online via teletherapy. Head over to my website (www.WellofWisdomTherapy.com) to schedule your free 15 minute phone consultation today.

Sometimes it's really hard for us to ask for help-especially when you're a strong, independent woman. Therapy is a great way to reach out, learn more about yourself, and grow through any challenges you might be facing. I help women who want to change their relationship with food and their bodies. I work with women in individual, group, & virtual therapy. I have a holistic approach that covers a wide range of symptoms & issues, but I enjoy helping clients who have struggled with their weight make peace with food. I love working with college women who are graduating & seeking support for the transition, and specialize in those women experiencing a "quarter life crisis". I also have a lot of experience helping women with recovering from sexual trauma. I love working with women who may have experienced an unplanned pregnancy or abortion as well, and offer an non-judgemental, pro-choice arena to explore emotions. Starting therapy can seem scary, but its brave to get some help! Make the decision to feel better today. I am an Out of Network insurance provider-contact your insurance to see if you qualify for these benefits. Flexible spending and HSA accepted as payment. Alessandra Muccio - Szafran Psychology Group
I work with adults dealing with challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, stress, & executive dysfunction. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor therapy to fit your unique needs. I draw from a variety of evidence-based techniques to help you better understand yourself, navigate life's challenges and build on your strengths. As a queer, autistic/neurodivergent, & disabled therapist, I am especially passionate about supporting people within these communities in a way that is respectful, understanding, and empowering. I recognize the impacts that trauma & systems of inequality can have on mental health, & strive to provide care that is compassionate & inclusive. I show up as my authentic self & work to create a space where you can feel safe, comfortable, & accepted. You are the expert on your own life, & my role is to support you as we explore what you need to heal, grow, & move forward.

I have been a mental health counselor for 20 years. I enjoy the process of helping others help themselves. I trust together we can improve your overall life experience. One of the most important things to be looked at is how you interpret experiences and understanding the influence on your moods. Using a journal is a tool to improve your outcomes in therapy. I look forward to meeting you either online or in-person at my home office.
