MindWeave Counseling
Hello, I'm Hope. A lot of us struggle to prioritize our wellness while balancing daily tasks, stressors, and especially during major life transitions such as college, career changes, relationship changes, and so on. Maybe you’re juggling college classes, being away from home and learning about this “adulting” thing. Or maybe you’re wondering how you became the adult & who let you be in charge?! If you’ve lost a sense of balance, if you live your life like everything is urgent, you are in the right place. If you’re not sure what you want or who you want to be but you feel a pressure to do it well (perhaps even perfectly!), I’m so glad you found me and I hope you’ll reach out!

College can be exciting, but it can also feel overwhelming. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, relationship challenges, or adjusting to new responsibilities and life transitions, you don't have to navigate it alone. I work with female college students and young adults who want to better understand themselves, improve their relationships, and feel more confident managing life's challenges. My approach is relational, compassionate, curious, and down-to-earth. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship creates the foundation for meaningful change, and I strive to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, supported, and accepted. I also believe there's room for humor in therapy—healing doesn't have to be serious all the time. Together, we'll explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, increase self-awareness, and develop practical skills to help you manage emotions, cope with stress, and build a life that feels more aligned with your values. My goal is to help you leave therapy with greater confidence, resilience, and tools you can continue using long after our work together.

As a therapist, I aim to help individuals navigate the sometimes messy, uncomfortable parts of growth so they can move toward a life that feels more authentic. I create a space for clients to be with and feel their emotions fully so that they stop controlling their behaviors. I believe that we must be intentional with what we spend our time and energy on. When we decide what matters most to us and channel our energy into those things, rather than the things that drain us, this is when we can create real, lasting change. Therapy with me is about learning how to shift your focus to the here and now; towards what strengthens you, rather than what drains you. I am a trauma-informed, relational, collaborative provider and when working with me, clients can expect a combination of compassionate challenging, emotional attunement and a warm, supportive presence. I am passionate about my work with teens, young adults and adults facing challenges like anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, relationship struggles, self-esteem issues and trauma. I also specialize in EMDR, Brainspotting and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy and often incorporate a blend of modalities in treatment, depending on each client’s unique needs. If you’re ready to step into the next version of yourself, I’d love to be part of your journey. Let’s get started.
Ry Shavlik | The Grounded Soul
Dude, life be lifing, huh? You are SO not alone in that. Living in late-stage capitalism is enough for all of us to go to therapy. Your unique experiences and circumstances shape how you move through the world and navigating them can be burdensome. The good news? You don't have to keep pretending everything is okay. Here, you don't have to perform, filter, or pretend. I offer a relaxed, approachable space where you can show up exactly as you are, and I'd be honored to exist in that space with you.

Many of us move through life carrying stories that were never fully processed — experiences of loss, trauma, disconnection, or relationships that left us feeling unseen. I aim to create an inviting space where we can gently explore and honor these stories together. My approach to healing is integrative, spiritual, and deeply relational. I draw from somatic practices, attachment theory, and evidence-based psychotherapy to help clients explore the convergence between mind, body, and soul. I believe that meaningful change often happens through compassionate awareness of our emotions, patterned behavior, and our lived experiences. I am a trauma-informed psychotherapist-in-training passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves, their bodies, and their capacity to heal. My work centers around assisting the collective with processing trauma, overcoming obstacles, and rewiring unhelpful patterns primarily through movement and directive psychotherapy.

I work best with students who may look capable on the outside but feel overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or exhausted underneath. Many of my clients are neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, coping with trauma, struggling with perfectionism or intrusive thoughts, or trying to navigate major life transitions. My approach is warm, direct, and practical. I help clients better understand what is happening, build skills that fit their lives, and make meaningful changes without expecting them to become someone they are not.
Lauren Davis
I have over ten years of experience providing thoughtful, holistic care to people navigating life’s challenges. I especially enjoy working with college students who may be struggling with anxiety, relationships, identity, trauma, or simply trying to figure out who they are and where they fit. I use a trauma informed approach with a relational, coaching like dynamic where you are in the driver's seat. Maybe you’ve spent years feeling misunderstood, overwhelmed, or like you have to “mask” to fit in. Maybe past experiences have affected your relationships, confidence, or ability to feel safe and connected. Or maybe you’re navigating college while trying to understand yourself in a whole new way. Whether you’re working through past experiences, exploring neurodiversity, or simply looking for support during a major life transition, therapy can be a space to slow down, feel understood, and reconnect with your authentic self. My goal is to help you recognize the strengths you already have, develop tools that actually fit you, and build a life where you can thrive—not just survive.
Meghan Cassidy

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, processing past experiences, or navigating a major life change, you don't have to face it by yourself.
B James Grace MA, LPC, LMHC
I work especially well with students who may seem like they’re doing fine on the outside but are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, burned out, or stuck underneath it all. You may be struggling with family or relationship dynamics, questioning yourself, having difficulty setting boundaries, or trying to manage the pressure of school, work, and becoming more independent. I also enjoy working with students navigating ADHD, neurodivergence, depression, major life changes, substance use concerns, or difficult family experiences. My style is warm, calm, and straightforward. We’ll work together to understand what’s keeping you stuck, build healthier coping skills and boundaries, and help you feel more confident in yourself and the choices you’re making.
Flourish: Individual Couple and Family Therapy
Flourish works best with students and young adults who may look like they’re doing well on the outside but feel stressed, anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck underneath it all. Many clients are navigating relationships, family expectations, identity, self-worth, academic or career pressure, major life transitions, or simply trying to figure out what they want their life to look like. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Our goal is to provide a genuine and authentic space where we can make sense of what’s going on, identify patterns that may be getting in your way, and develop practical ways to move toward the relationships and life you want.
Addie Marler, LPCC
Welcome! I support individuals navigating complex family dynamics, relational trauma, anxiety and depression. More than that, I work with anyone feeling stuck within their life with hopes of creating meaningful change. People who see me may need help making sense of their life experiences or developing strategies to move through them. I'm particularly passionate to work with women and queer individuals. Clients seeing me may be impacted by people pleasing, big feelings, perfectionism, or chronic numbness. If any of this resonates or you just have that feeling, I'd love to connect.

Dr. Alyssa Nadolny DNP, PMHNP-BC
Hi, I’m Dr. Alyssa Nadolny DNP, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I believe mental health care should feel like a conversation with someone who genuinely listens—not a place where you feel judged, rushed, or like you have to have everything figured out. College can be an exciting time, but it can also come with a lot of pressure. Between academics, relationships, friendships, family, identity, career decisions, and simply figuring out who you are, it’s completely normal to feel overwhelmed sometimes. My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive space where you can be honest about what you’re experiencing and work together to figure out what might help. I work with students experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, OCD, mood concerns, and other mental health challenges. I provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and individualized treatment planning, with an emphasis on education and shared decision-making. I want you to understand the “why” behind your treatment and feel like an active participant in your care. I take a collaborative, compassionate approach and meet each person where they are. There is no expectation that you have the right words or know exactly what you need when you come in. We can figure that out together. Most importantly, I want my patients to feel heard, respected, and comfortable being themselves. My hope is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and equipped to navigate both college and everything that comes after it.

Finding a space where you can show up fully, exactly as you are, is where real change begins. My work centers on trauma-informed and culturally responsive counseling, with a focus on emotional regulation and the connection between mind and body. Whether you're navigating identity, processing past experiences, or moving through a significant life transition, this is a space built for your healing. Many of the people I work with are adolescents and adults who carry the weight of trauma, systemic stressors, and the ongoing work of understanding themselves. Those from marginalized and BIPOC communities are especially welcome here, where your experiences will be met with the validation, safety, and cultural awareness they deserve. Beginning therapy takes courage, and honoring that courage is something I take seriously. Together, we'll build insight, develop tools for lasting change and empowerment, and move forward in a way that feels authentic to who you are. Therapy, at its best, is a collaboration. My approach is relational and integrative, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and somatic-based practices that attend to both the emotional and physical dimensions of your experience. What that looks like in practice is a space that is nonjudgmental, responsive to your pace, and shaped around your unique story. These techniques help create a sense of safety as you explore your experiences with safety and validation while guiding how we engage with what's been most difficult. The goal isn't just symptom relief; it's a deeper sense of self-trust and the kind of healing that stays with you. No matter where you are when you walk in, you can expect a compassionate, collaborative partner who meets you there. A deep curiosity about how our experiences shape the way we see ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us is what first drew me to this work. Through training and time spent with a diverse range of patients, that curiosity evolved into a genuine commitment to care that is both trauma-informed and culturally responsive. What guides me in every session is a belief that each person's story deserves to be honored in its full complexity. Bringing a warm, attuned, and thoughtful presence to the room is how I create space for you to feel seen, supported, and understood. Outside of the therapy room, I find joy in hiking, walking my dog Jax, reality TV, staying chronically online, and losing myself in a good book across any genre. These moments of rest and play are how I stay grounded, and that same sense of presence and balance is something I bring into my work with you.
