If you struggle to find balance among the world and your mind's endless uncertainties, you are in the right place. We often work so hard to get rid of or avoid what's uncomfortable - who wouldn’t? The trouble is, this doesn’t support growth in the long run. I aim to help you build resilience, find every day magic, and create intentional daily practices in order to learn new ways to engage with your mind and the world you exist in. Let us not just target symptoms but gain a deep understanding of self to make meaningful long term changes.
Erin Correira
Welcome! I offer teletherapy to adults across Massachusetts who are navigating life's uncertainties. Whether you feel burdened by anxiety, are moving through a significant life transition, are experiencing mood shifts, are caught in cycles of obsessive thinking, or are simply overwhelmed by everyday stressors, you do not have to face it alone. There is space here to slow down, make sense of what you are carrying, and begin relating to your experiences in a new way. I strive to bring warmth, connection, humor and authenticity to my work with clients, helping them connect to valued living alongside life’s many challenges.

Etamar (Eat-ah-mar) Prizament
Now accepting clients as of May, 2026! My name is Etamar and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I specialize in working with teens, college students, and young adults struggling with anxiety, burnout, relationship stress, low mood, trauma, identity questions, addiction, and the pressure of figuring out life while it keeps moving. I help clients better understand themselves, break unhealthy patterns, and develop practical tools for lasting change. Therapy can be a place to feel supported, challenged, and guided toward a more confident and grounded version of yourself. My approach is collaborative, flexible, and real. I’m not here to just nod and reflect. I use CBT, EMDR, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to help clients process difficult experiences, reduce stress, and create meaningful change. I meet clients where they are and tailor therapy to what actually works for them. In our first sessions, we’ll clarify what feels overwhelming, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build a plan for progress. My practice is practical, honest, and personalized.
Chelsey Adams, LICSW
I work best with clients who may appear to have it together on the outside while internally feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted. Many are navigating trauma, OCD, mood changes, identity exploration, or relationship stress. I especially enjoy working with LGBTQ+ clients and those looking for an authentic, supportive, and nonjudgmental space to better understand themselves and heal.
Dajha Scott
It’s common to show up feeling like you’re managing on the outside but overwhelmed internally by anxiety, stress, or self-doubt. My goal is to create a steady space where we can slow things down, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and build coping tools that feel realistic and usable beyond session.
Christine McKenzie, LCSW
I work with clients who feel stuck, burned out, or disconnected from themselves and are ready to look at what's not working in their lives. On the surface it looks like things are going well, but deep down you are overwhelmed and struggling to hold it all together. You may be trying to balance grades, social pressure, and expectations of others, while also figuring out who you are and what you want in your life. You may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted from trying to hold everything together on your own. The racing thoughts, the overthinking, the fear of judgment—it can all feel like too much. Figuring out who you are and what you want in life can be messy. I am here to support you as you navigate life change and who you are in the midst of those changes. My hope is to help you decrease anxiety while building up your confidence and trust in yourself. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). I utilize a client centered and trauma informed care approach in my work. I pull from a variety of therapeutic modalities to best support you and the goals that feel most important to you.

College can be exciting, but it can also bring a lot of pressure, uncertainty, and change. You may be dealing with anxiety, relationship or family stress, difficult emotions, academic pressure, or questions about who you are and where you're headed. You might also notice old patterns showing up in new ways as you become more independent. I work with college students and young adults to better understand what they're experiencing, manage difficult emotions, strengthen relationships and communication, and feel more confident navigating life's challenges. My style is warm, calm, and nonjudgmental. I'll give you space to be yourself and talk openly, while also offering support, new perspectives, and gentle challenges when they can help you grow. You don't need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. We can begin with what's happening for you right now and work together from there.

1A Wellness
It’s far from easy, being in your late teens or early 20s. All eyes are on you, it would seem, as you feel like you’re expected to choose a career, form essential relationships and launch an “adult life”. You are leaving the original support of childhood, and your primary task is to gain life experience in order to know who you are and where you want to go. Yet college students feel burdened with the expectation to choose majors, excel academically and socially, and then to seamlessly emerge into the world of work with confidence and clarity. It’s no wonder young adults feel so much internal confusion around identity and their best path forward. In order to know who we are, we first have to have permission not to know. Social media and the accompanying social comparison, intense competition around college acceptance and then the job market all create an atmosphere that fosters self-critical perfectionism as opposed to self-acceptance and discovery. We help college students address common struggles during this life stage such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, body image issues, family of origin issues, identity development, sexuality and relationships, trauma, and spirituality. Every person is different. That's why our clinicians are trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, EMDR, Emotion Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. 1A Wellness is an integrative practice, whereby clinicians have multiple specialties to choose from when working with clients. At 1A Wellness, we are driven to provide exceptional therapy so that clients can transform their lives. Our clinicians understand how to heal pain and how to help clients move forward so that they can make enduring changes and live fuller lives. We cannot change the past. But by investing in therapy, clients can reclaim their lives and change the future. This is our mission.
Sarah Gottlieb
I use an integrative, psychodynamically grounded approach with an interpersonal, decolonized, and social justice lens. My work is rooted in a passion for making healing and self-understanding more accessible, especially for multi-marginalized communities. I believe the therapeutic relationship is central to change and prioritize collaboration, dignity, and empowerment. In psychological assessment, I take a client-centered approach that honors testing as a tool for insight and expanding access to care. I work with adults navigating identity development, trauma/complex PTSD, mood/anxiety disorders, life transitions, college adjustment, relational and family concerns, personality disorders, autism spectrum disorder, and ADHD. As a neurodivergent clinician, I enjoy supporting neurodivergent clients through unmasking and embracing the authentic self. I have worked in a variety of settings, including outpatient, school-based, inpatient and forensic settings. My background in forensic psychology, multi-method assessment, and research challenging stigma of specific marginalized populations informs my clinical approach, which embraces and honors the complexity of each person's lived experience.
Helly Parikh
My therapeutic approach is warm, gentle, collaborative, and compassionate. I use psychodynamic and person-centered approaches, along with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), motivational interviewing and mindfulness. I work from a systems and relational lens, recognizing that our lives are shaped by developmental experiences, relationships, culture, lived experiences and the broader contexts in which we live and learn. I work collaboratively with clients to explore how these influences shape their sense of self and relationships. I work with adults of all ages, backgrounds, and identities. I support clients with mood disorders, anxiety, stress, trauma, grief, identity exploration, and relationship challenges. I especially enjoy working with young adults, immigrants/international clients, and people navigating family conflict, acculturation, and career or academic pressure. Growing up in a community-oriented culture in India, I learned the value of mutual support and interdependence, which continues to shape my therapeutic style. Together, we would explore both your inner self and the systems around you, identifying sources of strength and support within yourself, as well as within your relationships and communities.
