Hi, I'm Sierra! I'm a licensed therapist in Chicago offering therapy virtually and in-person in downtown Chicago. I am experienced in helping people heal from trauma, manage anxiety, and navigate relationships, and explore their identity. Working with a new therapist can sometimes feel daunting, so I get to know each person on a human level with a bit of humor.
