Oscar has prior experience working with diverse populations and providing person-centered approaches in all their work. They understand the value of mental health support that is focused on an individual's unique background and experiences. Throughout their career journey and recent academic experience, Oscar has worked with individuals facing a range of concerns, from common issues like anxiety, depression, relationships, and life adjustments, to more thoughtful and involved situations involving trauma. Oscar also has experience working with the Latino/a population and the LGBTQIA+ community. They offer therapy in both English and Spanish, depending on the client's preference. Oscar aims to provide clients with individualized therapy experiences that fit their needs while maintaining a deep understanding of the person within their environment.
