I am a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with 20 years of experience working in mental health. I have worked in a variety of settings and roles - both inpatient and outpatient - treating patients from all walks of life.

While I primarily prescribe medication, I try to incorporate holistic approaches to care when appropriate.

I specialize in providing evidence based treatment for anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, Bipolar disorder, sleep disorders, and mood disorders.

My goal is support my clients in meeting their mental health goals to improve their quality of life.
