Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW
Accepting clients Last Updated 30+ days ago

Hi there! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over five years of experience supporting adolescents and young adults with life stressors and mental health challenges. I believe that every person has the ability to grow, heal, and build resilience, and feel that it is a true honor to partner with individuals in this process.

My clinical expertise includes supporting individuals with a variety of challenges such as: anxiety, depression, relationship issues, low self-esteem, college adjustment, family conflict, stress, and perfectionism. My approach is strengths-based, trauma informed, and relationship focused.

My goal is to provide you with a safe space and relationship in which you can process and experience growth and change.
I empower my clients to recognize their own resilience and unique strengths while also working collaboratively to equip clients with new tools.

I hope to connect with you and provide you with support as you navigate your college journey!
