Counseling can be a place to slow down, make sense of what you're experiencing, and better understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. We can work together to build practical tools, develop healthier ways of coping, and help you feel more confident moving forward.

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and focused on meeting you where you are. I provide telehealth counseling to adults throughout Illinois and currently practice under clinical supervision while completing my graduate training.
