I work with college students and emerging adults navigating identity, relationships, family expectations, anxiety, life transitions, and the pressure of figuring out who you are and what you want. I especially enjoy working with first-generation and BIPOC clients exploring how culture, family, and lived experiences shape the way they see themselves and move through the world. My approach is collaborative, culturally responsive, and grounded in understanding you as a whole person. Together, we can make sense of what you’re carrying, strengthen your relationship with yourself, and work toward changes that feel meaningful to you.
