Ellie Mental Health
Provider Types
This is a clinic or agency with multiple providers, including:
- Clinical Social Work/Therapists
I work with individuals across a wide range of ages and backgrounds. I enjoy supporting teens and young adults and also have previous experience working with populations who struggle with autism spectrum disorder and other cognitive delay. I am very passionate about helping to navigate identity development, life transitions, mood and personality-related challenges, as well as healing from past trauma to evolve into your ideal self. I want to help build a strong sense of self and emotional awareness while also growing more confident and self-assured in the ever-changing world that we live in.
My practice blends a multitude of evidence-based practices and mindfulness strategies to help you understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns from a place of curiosity and growth, not judgment and shame. My approach is person-centered and focused on helping you evolve into the person you are most proud to be.
If you’re ready to begin your journey toward becoming the version of yourself you feel most connected to, I would be honored to walk alongside you. I invite you to schedule a session and take the next step towards a life that feels aligned, peaceful, and yours.
