I help students working through anxiety, depression, relationship and family stress, and the adjustment and pressure that come with college life.
My style is supportive and collaborative, and we'll work on practical tools alongside the bigger picture. Sessions are by video so they fit around classes, and I practice under the clinical supervision of a licensed IPW Health therapist. If medication could help, our psychiatric nurse practitioners are on the same team. We accept Aetna, Anthem, Blue Shield of California, Cigna, Oscar and UnitedHealthcare, plus self-pay.
