As the seasons change, you may find yourself thinking about what has changed in your own life. You may be navigating a more complicated relationship with food or your body, exploring your identity, moving through grief, or simply wanting something in your life to feel different. Therapy can be a space to reflect on where you are, create meaningful change, and feel more at home in yourself.

I’m a queer, nonbinary therapist with over a decade of clinical experience across multiple levels of care, including Residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient. I work with adults through all kinds of challenges, such as eating disorder recovery, body image healing, LGBTQIA2S+ mental health, grief, and life transitions.

The heart of my practice is building bridges of compassion between the body, mind, and sense of self. My holistic, trauma-informed approach is grounded in HAES, body liberation, harm reduction, queer affirmation, and neurodiversity affirmation. Whatever is bringing you to therapy, please reach out. I offer a free phone consultation and am happy to connect.
